Top 10 Strongest Naruto Shippuden Characters

Here is my list of the strongest Characters in Naruto Shippuden! All characters are in placed based on their strongest form and function.

Honorable mentions: Might Guy (the 8th gate kills him once the time limit is up, and he needed a lot of help to get close to Madara and strike him. Without help, he would not have been as effective), Hashirama, Nagato, Edo Itachi, Edo Minato, Kabuto.

10.) Kakashi Hatake

Kakashi made a huge jump in power during the war arc, being able to spam his kamui for days without running out of chakra. Previously, he would die after using it twice. When he obtained the pair to his sharingan from Obito, He showed incredible strength with his susanoo and kamui. On top of his high intelligence and the 1000+ jutsu in his arsenal, he is dominant. However, it was only a one-time use, and he lost both of his sharingan afterwards. Unlike other characters on this list, this is not his natural state.

9.) Indra Otsutsuki

Indra is a son of the Sage of Six Paths, and the inventor of many basic jutsu. He was a prodigy at a very young age and had a passion for power and learning. Being a direct descendant of the sage of six paths gives him large chakra reserves and his mangekyou sharingan is very strong as well, possessing a perfect susanoo. When Ashura was announced to be succeeding their father, he challenged him to a fight, but lost.

8.) Ashura Otsutsuki

Ashura is the other son of the Sage of Six Paths. He was chosen to succeed his father, however, Indra became furious at this and this led to the two brothers fighting. Ashura won the fight, making him stronger than Indra. Ashura was unskilled growing up, but proved to be a late bloomer and showed why he deserved to succeed their father. He has large chakra reserves with great control over his chakra.

7.) Obito Uchiha

After becoming the 10 tails jinchuriki, Obito became immensely powerful. He was not able to use his kamui abilities, but he has larger chakra reserves, physical boosts, truth seeking orbs manipulation, regeneration, black lightning, etc. Naruto's talk helped throw him off his game, leading Madara being able to steal the 10 tails from him.

6.) Hamura Otsutsuki

Hamura is one of two sons of Kaguya Otsutsuki. He possesses mastery of the byakugan, along with yin-yang release and strong elemental jutsu. Being the son of Kaguya, he has large amounts of chakra. He fought alongside his brother Hagoromo to defeat and seal their mother, Kaguya.

5.) Sasuke Uchiha

Sasuke was granted with the rinnegan by the Sage of Six Paths during their fight against Madara Uchiha. With the rinnegan and his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, his visual prowess might be considered to be the best in the show. He has strong genjutsu, can teleport with his rinnegan abilities, has gravitational abilities with his rinnegan, perfect susanoo, carzy speed hax, flame control, and more. He has crazy power feets like controlling all the tailed beasts by putting them in a genjutsu at the same time. His elemental jutsu is strong, especially his lightning release.

4.) Naruto Uzumaki

Naruto mastered his control over Kuramas chakra during the war arc, and once he was granted six paths chakra from the Sage of six paths, Narutos power jumped off the charts. The 8 other tailed beats gave him a bit of their chakra, which gives him 8 other chakra releases on top of the 5 elemental, and yin-yang release. He already had huge chakra reserves, but it got even bigger with his war arc amps. He has incredible sensory abilities, being able to detect Madaras limbo clones. His raw speed is the fastest in the show. His physical strength amped by his six paths sage chakra and 9 tails chakra is immense. He also has fast regeneration abilities.

3.) Madara Uchiha

10 tails jinchuriki Madara was pretty much unbeatable. Physical attacks being the only thing that can effectively do significant damage to him, he tanked the strongest physical attacks that could be thrown at him by Might Guy. His crazy regeneration abilities, on top of his limbo clones, large chakra reserves, yin-yang and all 5 elemental releases, and 10 tails abilities, black lightning, making him an ultimate opponent. He achieved his goal of controlling the world, putting the whole world in a genjutsu, but got betrayed by black zetsu. He is above Naruto and Sasuke because they, along with Might Guy, Tobirama, Minato and more were fighting Madara all at once, and were losing.

2.) Hagoromo Otsutsuki

Hagoromo, or better known as the Sage of six paths in the Naruto universe is a God of the Naruto World. He and his brother Hamura fought and beat their mother, Kaguya Otsutsuki in a fight to save the world. They succeeded, and afterwards he became the 10 tails jinchuriki. He split the 10 tails into 9 smaller beasts and let them roam earth. There really is not anything that Hagoromo can not do. He has all elemental release with a large jutsu aresnal, yin-yang release, rinnegan with a susanoo, large chakra reserves, very high battle iq and more. His aura lingered the world to watch over earth and he intervened when necessary.

1.) Kaguya Otsutsuki

Kaguya is known as the chakra goddess. She probably has the largest amounts of chakra, and the most hax abilities in the show. She has control over multiple dimensions that she can teleport herself and other people to. She has complete control of what happens in these dimensions. Being the 10 tails jinchuriki also gives her a lot of physical boosts and other amps. She can also teleport through space time. Her only downside is her battle iq is not the highest. Also, she sees Naruto and Sasuke as her children, and everyone who possesses chakra as thieves, making her emotionally distressed and distracting her from fighting. What puts her at number one on top of her crazy power and abilities is that she cannot be killed, only sealed away which takes a very specific sealing ability between specific people.
